Success is Not an Option

A couple weeks ago I posted this.. It’s a poster I spent days working on drawing, working out color and separations. It was a considerable effort.

No one so much as ‘liked’ it.

Yesterday evening, on a capricious whim, I posted this. It came from a friend’s Facebook and I don’t know where it came from.

Currently at 7 ‘likes’ and 16 reblogs. And climbing.

There is something instructive in this, but I don’t want to think about what it is.
